We want you to have ample time to experience the energy of your Seltopia piece. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a successful return and a full refund, the returned items must meet the following strict criteria:
- Security Tag Intact: The Seltopia Security Tag attached to the bracelet must remain in its original, untampered condition. If the tag has been removed, broken, or shows signs of manual re-attachment, we will be unable to accept the return.
- Packaging & Card Integrity: All original accessories must be returned together, including our bespoke brand cards. These must remain perfectly intact, with no creases, stains, or damage.
- Item Condition: The item must be in its original received state—unworn, unused, and with all original administrative tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation email or other proof of purchase is required.
How to Initialize a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@seltopia.com.
- Authorization: If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Important Note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at support@seltopia.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Natural Characteristics: Since we use natural crystal, please note that minor inclusions (internal "cotton"), natural fractures, or subtle color variations are inherent traits of the gemstone and are not considered quality defects.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund is approved (based on the integrity of the security tag and brand cards).
- Method: If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

I mistakenly returned the wrong item!
Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Seltopia cannot reship or store non-Seltopia items mistakenly sent as returns.
