Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that processing times may vary based on order volume or current stock levels. Delivery estimates provided at checkout reflect the transit time after your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Free Standard International Shipping is available on orders over $75 USD.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • United States & Canada: Duties are included. Sales taxes (GST/HST/PST where applicable) will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • United Kingdom, European Union & Australia: All-Inclusive Pricing. Import taxes and duties are already included in the product price. The total at checkout is the final price you pay—no additional charges will be incurred upon delivery.
  • Other Regions: For countries not listed above, customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are outside of our control.
  • Refused Shipments: If you choose to refuse a customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, any original shipping charges and return handling fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policies

  • Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Seltopia is not liable for packages misdelivered due to incorrect address information.
  • PO Boxes: We do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes, as FedEx and other premium carriers often require a physical address for international express deliveries.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If a carrier certifies that a package is lost in transit, we will provide a full replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as "Delivered" to the shipping address provided.
