Seltopia stands behind the craftsmanship and materials of every piece we create. We provide a 1-Year (365 Days) Limited Warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring your jewelry is protected against manufacturing issues.
What is Covered
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Structural Integrity: Any breakage or assembly issues related to the jewelry components.
- Stone Setting: We ensure your natural crystal remains securely held within its setting
- Clasps and Connections: Functional failures of the lobster claws or quality issues at chain connection points.
What is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by the warranty, as they typically result from daily wear, tear, or improper care:
- Natural Variations: Since we use natural crystal, slight internal "cotton" (inclusions), natural fractures, internal textures, and subtle color variations are considered unique natural identifiers rather than defects.
- Physical Damage: Scratches, dents, deformations, or gemstone breakage caused by accidental drops or impacts.
- Chemical Exposure: Dulling of metal or damage to stones caused by contact with perfumes, chlorinated pool water, detergents, or other chemical agents.
- Unauthorized Alterations: The warranty is automatically voided if the piece has been disassembled or modified by any third party.
- Loss or Theft: This warranty does not cover the loss or theft of the entire product or any of its parts.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email support@seltopia.com with "Warranty Claim" and your Order Number in the subject line.
- Submit Proof: Please attach clear photos of the damaged area and a brief description of the issue.
- Professional Assessment: Our team will evaluate the photos. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a repair or a brand-new replacement free of charge.
